Overview

Due to the nature of our services - medication, we can not accept returns. There are no exceptions to this policy. Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing.


Damaged products

All products offered are non-refundable. If there is an issue with shipping or the condition of the items at delivery please contact us and provide the following information:

  1. Order Number
  2. Tracking Number
  3. Photo Evidence of the Damage (If applicable)

We will assess these issues on a case by case basis.

If approved, then your product will be re-processed, and you will received a new delivery of your medication(s) within 10 days.
